GEORGE TOWN: A former online gaming business owner, who is facing a charge of cheating a university student in exchange for a fake degree from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), has been charged with a similar offence in the Sessions Court here.
Lim Chuan Soon, 26, claimed trial to a charge of cheating Tang Yong Peng, 23, by inducing him to hand over RM540 for a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Engineering from USM.
