Datuk Foo Wan Kien, 70, told the Intellectual Property High Court that Ken City Group was involved in property development and companies under the group including Sri Seltra, Kenco Construction Sdn Bhd, Kenco Development Sdn Bhd and Ken City Ipoh Sdn Bhd.
