KUALA LUMPUR: The operating hours of National Registration Department (NRD) counter service nationwide will see some changes during Ramadan.
For the NRD headquarters in Putrajaya and other states except Kedah, Kelantan and Terengganu, the operating hours are 7.30am-5pm (Monday-Friday) and 9am-2pm (Saturday and Sunday).
