PETALING JAYA: Women's groups welcomed the proposal for Rela members to patrol shopping mall car parks, but at the same time raised some concerns.
National Council of Women's Organisations (NCWO) deputy president Datuk Lim Bee Kau said the Rela members assigned to do the job must be trained to respond to emergencies.
