KOTA SAMARAHAN: Tan Sri Musa Hassan's statement on the crime rate is his personal view, said IGP Tan Sri Ismail Omar.

"The crime rate in Malaysia is still low compared to other countries and the statistics were based on overall crime cases as determined by the Global Peace Index (GPI).
