KUALA LUMPUR: The Prison Community Service Programme, has been a big success, Defence Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi (pic) told the Dewan on Wednesday.
He said among the factors that contributed to the success of the programme was the exposure of the prisoners to basic skill courses like reflexology, agriculture, fishery, building maintenance, hair grooming and repairing cars.
