KUALA LUMPUR: A Singaporean tourist's holiday went down the drain after he was fined RM4,500 for entering and peeping into a women's toilet

Ong Lek Lim, 51, pleaded guilty to insulting the modesty of a travel consultant by peeping into her toilet cubicle while she was using the lavatory.
