KUALA LUMPUR: The police believe that a man suspected to be the mastermind behind the kidnapping of Dutch national Nayati Shamelin Moodliar, will return to Malaysia soon.
Kuala Lumpur CID chief Datuk Ku Chin Wah has described the alleged mastermind, a father of one, as an amateur kidnapper.
