KUALA LUMPUR: The heavy downpour since about noon on Wednesday resulted in flash floods in various parts of the city and its surrounding areas.
The Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM) tweeted at 3.25pm that the Besraya Highway had been hit by flash floods and all lanes were closed from KM16.1 to KM15.5 in the Southbound direction. All lanes were, however, reopened at about 5.35pm after the situation improved.
