Focus is on making basic education accessible to all

THE Government’s commitment to raise the standards of education saw increased efforts to “close the gap” and “raise the bar” across the Malaysian school system.

Implemented through its Education National Key Result Area (NKRA), it focused on making quality basic education more accessible to all students, regardless of race, religion and location, and to improve student outcomes.
