SHAH ALAM: Two Selangor assemblymen testified at a select committee hearing to defend themselves against allegations of power abuse in the state’s sand-mining acti-vities.
Shuhaimi Shafiei and Amiruddin Shari — the Seri Muda and Batu Caves assemblymen respectively — were among three witnesses called to testify on the first day of hearing by the Select Committee on Competency, Accountability and Transparency (Selcat) yesterday.
