JOHOR BARU: Police have identified the masterminds responsible for fixing the President's Cup match between Johor FC and Perlis on Feb 16.
Police chief Datuk Mohd Mokhtar Mohd Shariff said the masterminds were identified by the special squad following a report lodged by Johor FC officials on Feb 18.
