KUALA LUMPUR: An independent monitoring unit will be formed to perform a construction audit on the controversial Lynas plant in Gebeng, Kuantan, announced the Government.
It said the unit would ensure that the Australian-owned rare earth processing company complied with all the standards set by the relevant authorities.
