PETALING JAYA: With the Year of the Dragon around the corner, the Civil Aviation Department (DCA) has reminded revellers that the ban on Kong Ming lanterns is still in force.
These sky lanterns were developed by ancient Chinese military strategist Zhuge Liang @ Kong Ming and are traditionally used to make wishes and seek divine help.
