THE Dewan Negara debated late to see through a total of 11 Bills on the closing day of the 2011 parliamentary session.
It had been a hectic week for the 66-member Upper House as senators rushed to table, debate and pass the numerous Bills handed over for approval by the Dewan Rakyat.
