SEREMBAN: The Malaysian Doctors' Co-operative Society (KDM) has been directed to refund some 230 doctors whose money was forcibly taken for the setting up of a subsidiary KDM Pharma four years ago.
KDM was ordered to pay costs to former Malaysian Medical Association president Datuk Dr P. Krishnan, former general-secretary Dr Rajamohan Annamalai and Dr Subla Rajamohan who had filed the suit against the society.
