PETALING JAYA: Almost RM64.7mil worth of new scientific equipment have been left in their boxes for as long as three years due to the delay in building a laboratory, the Auditor-General's Report said.
The delay was caused by the late approval of the Science, Technology and Innovation Ministry to construct the Assembly, Integration and Test (AIT) laboratory.
