Coach pleads not guilty to offering bribes to Negri footballers


SEREMBAN: Coach Yusarman Yusof, who handles the state team for the President’s Cup, has pleaded not guilty to 21 counts of offering bribes to 11 of his players to fix a football match in April.

The 35-year-old coach from Taman Paroi Jaya was accompanied by his parents and brother to a Sessions Court here yesterday, where he claimed trial before Judge Datin Nursinah Adzmi.
