ALOR SETAR: The High Court here acquitted and discharged two unemployed men of murdering the Padang Serai MCA Youth vice-chairman four years ago.
Judicial Commissioner Datuk Zakiah Kassim made the ruling without calling for their defence after finding that the prosecution had failed to prove a prima facie case against the duo.
