Land co-op fails to strike out suit

PUTRAJAYA: The National Land Finance Cooperative Society (NLFCS) failed in its bid at the Court of Appeal to strike out an RM8mil breach of contract suit filed by a project manager.

The three-member bench comprising judges Datuk Zainun Ali, Datuk Ramly Ali and Datuk Zaharah Ibrahim dismissed with costs NLFCS' appeal after hearing the appellants' arguments and considering both parties' written submissions.
