KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has set April 4 for case management of the judicial review application by a political analyst and a book publisher against the Home Minister, police and Government over the alleged unlawful seizure of 33 books last year.
High Court (Appellate and Special Powers) judge Justice Rohana Yusuf fixed the date after meeting lawyer Aston Paiva, who acted for the two applicants, in chambers yesterday.
