GEORGE TOWN: A banner company lost RM10,000 when the Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) tore down illegal promotional bunting depicting political figures that it had put up in Jalan Sungai Pinang.
A total of 12 MPPP enforcement personnel removed the buntings after Banner KingAds Sdn Bhd had failed to comply with a notice to remove the banners.
