Doc loses defamation suit against doc

KUALA LUMPUR: A doctor failed in his defamation suit against a former employer, who is another doctor.

The High Court found that there was no basis in the complainant Dr Nursyirwan Mohd Shukur’s claim that his ex-employer Dr Zulkafperi Hanapi’s actions had ruined his dignity and affected his professional career.
