PETALING JAYA: The MCA wants the Government to establish guidelines defining what constitutes inciting racial ill-will and sedition.
Its publicity bureau deputy chief Loh Seng Kok said the Government’s move to take no further action against Datuk Nasir Safar, a former aide of the Prime Minister, could be read as selective enforcement of the Sedition Act.
