KOTA BARU: Motorists heading into the YY Snow Wash and Polishing car wash area in Jalan Merbau here willd be greeted with utter silence except for exchanges of hand signals among the workers who are mostly speech-impaired and deaf.

Yet, their apparent disability does not prevent them from operating the car wash competently. Most customers have no complaints.
