KUALA LUMPUR: A former director of KJ Equipment Sdn Bhd yesterday claimed trial in the Sessions Court here to a charge of making a false statement to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) six years ago.
Khoo Tiang Boong @ Khor Tiang Bong, 62, was charged with authorising company secretary Lim Hon Choong to make a false statement in relation to the resignation of the company’s director, Heng Som Ching, 54, on Dec 24, 2004.
