KUALA LUMPUR: The father of murder victim Nurin Jazlin Jazimin was Friday allowed to include policeman Amran Arifin, who had distributed her autopsy pictures, in his negligence suit against the police and the Government.
High Court senior assistant registrar Noordura Mohamed Din made the decision in chambers after hearing submissions from both parties.
