PETALING JAYA: Businessman Datuk Muhamad Mustafa Idrus has filed for a tebus talak (counter claim) of RM1mil and custody of their children if his second wife Mastura Bakar wants to end their marriage.
The claim was made at the Federal Territory Lower Syariah Court following his wife’s application for annulment, mStar Online, The Star’s Malay news portal reported.
