Traditional kuih-making a dying art

BALIK PULAU: Every Hari Raya, most Malay households lay out age-old traditional kuih which are seldom seen on normal days.

However, it may not be the same in the years to come as the making of the delicacies, such as kuih bangkit, bahulu, kuih kapal terbang, kuih bakar kacang, putu kacang, karas, buah rotan, cucur peneram, cakar ayam and kuih loyang is becoming a dying art.
