Ex-wife files RM5mil suit

THE former wife of politician Datuk Kadar Shah Tun Sulaiman has filed a RM5mil claim with the Kuala Lumpur Syariah High Court for her share of his property including homes in Hawaii and Los Angeles and luxury cars.

Datin Fauziah Haron, 53, who was married to Kadah Shah – a businessman and member of the Muar Umno division – for 27 years prior to their divorce in 2007, was given the go ahead by Judge Abdul Shukor Abd Hamid to claim for mutaah (gift) and outstanding alimony.
