KOTA SAMARAHAN: The government is looking at decentralising the delivery system to allow state agencies to hand out financial aid to natural disaster victims, Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said.
He said the National Security Council would be studying how to decentralise the hand out of compassionate assistance to the sate agencies.
