FORMER Inspector-General Tan Sri Abdul Rahim Noor receives an allowance and not pension, revealed Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Nazri Abd Aziz.
The former IGP, who was convicted for punching Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim in 1998, is being paid “alimentary allowance” in lieu of pension after an appeal to the then Yang di-Pertuan Agung.
