GEORGE TOWN: Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) has been ordered to stop work on all its projects in Penang with immediate effect.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said the stop-work order was issued after a river bund in Titi Hitam, Seberang Prai, was damaged during construction of the Ipoh-Padang Besar electrified double-track project (EDTP).
