PUTRAJAYA: A minimum wage policy, if fixed, will have to cater to both local and foreign workers, said Human Resources Minister Datuk Dr S. Subramaniam.
Under the international labour laws, foreigners cannot be discriminated against by being given a minimum wage that is lower than the locals for the same type of jobs, he said.
