Cops smash m-cycle syndicate

KUALA LUMPUR: A motorcycle syndicate was crippled after police arrested 15 people including six youths and recovered 13 motorcycles.

Several of the youths had dropped out of school and become experts in stealing and cannibalising motorcycles.
