PUTRAJAYA: The Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) wants a clause that warns of the consequences of bribery to be included in all government offer and tender letters, contracts and agreements.
This move along with several others, including blacklisting companies found to have offered bribes, would serve to remind all signatories of such documents of the consequences of corruption.
