JOHOR BARU: The Johor Baru City Council (MBJB) has launched a 24-hour toll-free complaint hotline as part of its efforts to enhance services provided to the public.
The hotline is also to ensure that all information reaches MBJB fast and accurately, so that appropriate action can be taken without any delay.
