SHAH ALAM: A teenager has filed a suit against businessman Datuk Khalid Mohd Jiwa for allegedly beating him up last month.
Muhammed Kasheef Harris Sivapatham, 18, is seeking, among others, a declaration that Khalid, who is married to pop diva Datuk Siti Nurhaliza Taruddin, had unlawfully detained him from 11.30pm on March 17 to 1am the following day.
