KOTA KINABALU: A Coroner’s decision that former Sabah minister Datuk Conrad Mojuntin was liable for culpable homicide has been overturned.
In High Court Justice Datuk Sulong Matjarie ordered a revision in the Sept 1, 2006 ruling of Sessions Court judge Dean Wayne Daly, who was sitting as coroner in the 20-day inquest into the death of Anthony Chang Kim Fook.
