Reckless driving suspected

KOTA KINABALU: Police suspect reckless driving was the cause of an accident involving a tourist bus that overturned in Papar resulting in seven of the 10 Japanese and Chinese tourists in the coach being injured. 

Papar district police chief Deputy Supt Charles Labung Lawai said they believed that the 44-year-old local driver of a tour bus company might have been reckless based on their investigations into the accident at the sixth kilometre of Jalan Papar-Kota Kinabalu Lama on Thursday.
