KUALA LUMPUR: A judicial commissioner here expressed her frustration over the almost three-year delay in the corruption trial of former minister Tan Sri Kasitah Gaddam.
Suraya Othman rapped both the defence counsel and the prosecutor for the delay after the trial, scheduled for yesterday, was again adjourned. She later set Monday for trial.
