KUALA LUMPUR Flood victims in Johor will be able to get free replacements for important documents lost or damaged during the recent floods such as their MyKad, birth certificates, marriage certificates and passports.
Deputy Home Affairs Minister Datuk Tan Chai Ho said the victims had to show sufficient justification to support their applications. His office had been flooded with requests for swift replacements of identification and travelling documents.
