MALAYSIANS send out some 86 million SMSes worth an average of RM17mil every day, said the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).
According to a Sin Chew Daily report, a survey by the commission showed that SMS usage by mobile phone users had increased by between 20% and 30% annually since 2002.
