KUALA LUMPUR: Former Land and Co-operative Development Minister Tan Sri Kasitah Gaddam will be given access to all the documents that the prosecution will use against him in his corruption trial, which begins in the High Court in January.
In return, Kasitah’s lawyer is to provide the prosecution all the documents in the defence arsenal.
