KOTA KINABALU: Police are likely to uncover more cases of underage rape victims in connection with a Ranau village head who had allegedly stopped victims from lodging police reports.
The latest case came to light through a letter sent to Ranau police chief Deputy Supt Kho Siew Cheng by villagers claiming that numerous cases of rape were not reported after the village head used customary laws to settle the crime.
