PUTRAJAYA: The Courts should exercise the contempt of court jurisdiction in the rarest of rare cases, the Court of Appeal ruled.
Justice Gopal Sri Ram, who headed the three-man bench, said failure to do so would result in the justice system coming to a grinding halt.
