Avoid overly strict rules, banks told

KUALA LUMPUR: Banks should not be overzealous in imposing conditions on car buyers. 

Finance Ministry parliamentary secretary Datuk Seri Dr Hilmi Yahaya said yesterday that overly strict guidelines would cripple the car sales industry.
