Mangsor: Cops can’t ask for inquest

KOTA KINABALU: It is beyond the powers of the police to request an inquest into the shooting of 20-year-old Anthony Chang Kim Fook. 

Sabah Police Commissioner Datuk Mangsor Ismail said the matter was for the prosecutors to decide.
