MIRI: A proposal seeking special incentives for owners of diesel vehicles so that they will qualify for lower road tax will be presented to the Cabinet.
Another proposal will also be tabled soon calling for special tax relief for vehicle manufacturers and transport companies that need to import large number of diesel engines or vehicles with such engines.
