PENANG: Several groups surprised Chee Huck Chye with gift hampers for his selfless effort in keeping the Medan Mayang Pasir playground clean and beautiful.
Chee was busy with his daily routine of sweeping leaves and rubbish at the park in Bayan Baru when the groups arrived on Monday evening.
